10:30 --- The 12-lead ECG isn't displaying sinus arrhythmia. Rather, it's showing sinus bradycardia interrupted by premature atrial complexes (PACs) occurring every third beat (i.e., atrial trigeminy). The 2nd, 5th, and 8th beats are PACs. All the other remaining beats are sinus in origin.

Great question! Place it closest to the affected limb - I.e hip
