I haven't had practice head to toe assessment, and im just already nervous 😬 . I know have to eventually. The only thing that I'm just concerned about is not being able to hear the heart murmurs. Eveythingg else is kind of easy .. Also, i hate verbalizing what im saying ahaha i end up getting distracted any tips on this Thank you, christina ❤

Just get as much practice as you can and your skills will develop in time! No one expects you to know everything when you're in nursing school (even though I know it feels that way sometimes!!)
