For real, when I saw the thumbnail with their faces I was "GOLD it was like an auto click for me. Then I saw "NUT STUFF" and pretty much got goosebumps. When's episodes 2 of Gingers Yelling at Red Guitars? All in good fun, Ryan would laugh but you may have broke Mike. He got home and traded every offset he has for flying V's and strats then quitar.

I used to have a MIJ Jaguar just like that one (late 90s version). I sold it when I lived in San Diego around 2002. I don't know if I was the previous owner of yours... But I swear it was stock when I sold it and I didn't touch the string nut! Always regretted selling it. I recently got an Ocean Turquoise Vintera Jag!

As I replaced the plastic nut of my vintera 50s tele with a bone nut I realised the factory radius of the nut slot was 12" instead of the 7.25" fingerboard radius... I was lucky enough to also own a 12" fingerboard radius guitar to be able to shape the bottom of the nut.

I took a drill to my SG to relocate the jack to the correct area and it was scary. I have used drills on a lot of things that cost more than an Indonesian SG, but there's something about taking a drill to a perfectly good instrument that puckers the ol' balloon knot like nothing else.

Man, installing the mute, that's a big hole you've got to drill in. It's a process for sure. I did it once. Still have to sort it out, I didn't like how far up the bridge and therefore neck had to be. Needs more work. Cool piece of hardware and functionality but, yeah, one heack of an install process.

Hey, man, I've been using my Qwik Tune for over 20 years now. Still works like a champ for standard tuning. I also suggest that if you don't have a hand reaming tool for widening holes in your guitar, they're cheap and likely available at your local hardware store (got mine at Harbor Freight about $9).

@@60CycleHumcast You sound pretty confident so I gotta believe you. Maybe "made in japan" but the "crafted in japan" strats I've had were as close to the 60's originals I remember as anything fender I've played. Never played anything custom shop tho.

If you think he doesn't know what he's doing go check Mike's channel, Karen. He's literally a fucking expert with every aspect of about every detail of every offset fender/squire and most likely guitars with similar characteristics to the latter subtracting the latters' namesake power. Whoever owned it before hand fucked them over with their lack of knowledge, shotty repair." That's why his frustration level is peaking you never see him like that, doing jobs in his basement he's calm n collected even his annunciation is fancy and sometimes I say to my phone like "Mike it's a guitar not grey pupon and we're all used to hearing our bandmates slurring for some unknown reason don't talk like you're teaching me to count to 10" but then after another vid it's indearing. Got his next move planned out while still working on current while spouting off probably more info than Wikipedia on specific yrs fender/squire changed parts on certain models whether a simple bridge change or buckers in JM to spice it up one random year, think contemporary squires got buckers this yr with 2 super rad finishes skyburst (schwinnng!!) and like a khaki color as well, that coulda been 2021. Apologies to Ryan and Mike for spouting off like this I never get sassy in comments but this is justified and everyone that knows Mike's content knows it, even Mike was like half embarrassed about his work cuz he takes ton of pride in it, you think someone that doesnt know what they're doing would be so upset with end result that's not even his??? Go back to Read The Room school. Karen. I just don't understand why ppl actually take time outta their day the write negative comments on their tracking device like boring is that life?? Now I feel mean, I should even care I'm a fucking drummer 25 yrs in that's always dabbled with acoustics and have shit recorded but when covid hit I turned into a guitar schizo.

Last parts from Warriors, come on I figured just about everyone here is a 90s child, or 80s. By 90s I mean you came of age in said decade, not "I was born in 95"knew." We all wanted to be MJ (goat btw) when we grew up) until we started playing instruments and going to local punk shows cuz we stopped spouting at 5'8" as well. Don't try arguing case of Mugsy Bogues or Spud Webb neither, I was put on earth to Rock and chew bubblegum and I'm all outta bubblegum. One last thing fellas were gonna be fighting woman for equal pay soon cuz of this OnlyFans boom! I've seen woman who may live behind Walmarts trash compactor (no offense, we all need love for real!) but I disagree with pics of her feet and a pair of panties she wore 3 days being worth 50 bucks together then I see subscriber count and wanna die. Wonder what's on the deep web these days...... Take care of the ppl that matter to you after you're ensure you're mentally cared for first. Be well nerds, even 33% Mike. We've got our ojos on you.
@ToCatchAVein2 жыл бұрын
Pisspoor grammar, just leaving bread crumbs for mini Mike to complain. Lol, a true mini Mike would be able to guide us to the end of the rainbow or wtv they do. I'm talking to myself again. I'm trapped in the internet cuz I have writers block after a breakup when shit should be pouring out, too much reminence of her lingering and I'm a hopeless sapp who thinks there's a chance when Brittany Polly moved back to WA 6 months ago and her fam cut off all contact it's air tight like she's in prison and she's like 30, church fams can be like that breaks my heart she'd rather be there living like she's under 18 than be her actually age in sunny AZ, I must've really fucked up. Actually, other ppl did that should be on death row right now but we live in a world where females can be mollested at 19 by 2 30 something year old brothers while their mother is one thing wall away awake and aware choosing to do nothing Britt thought she could bury it but buried it too long, needs her mom and serious treatment really don't know why her biggest support system possible is cut out of pic which is me but ya know......... Ya know 33% Mike was right about Mike all of my problems cuz made me realize it was the nut work they did. Fuck I gotta unsubscribe, "this isn't goodbye plz be here when I get back and please don't hurt yourself. " Followed by a collective flood. I'm a shit show! You can be 66% Mike now, sry Ryan doubt anybody will skim my pathetic nonsense but my friend I've bought many afford a board stuff due to your recommendation only thing that was ever weird is after u fell for the cuvave fuzz as did I but it wasn't as velcrowy as one you reviewed. Think bait n switch or just thought they ordered same parts and one component was slightly off didn't realize till post build but we gotta ship so fuck it maybe they won't notice. Don't change I know u won't but just stay true to this following you've built, it was built on good old fashioned honesty and personality and I think that's the attraction. Lotta ppl have characters they do even in reviews and they're worried about offending ppl I think some hold back. I admire honesty so you deserve every lil moment when u gotta make sure it's not a dream, getting paid to be a dork and supporting a family with it. Is there a better life?
