I miss these 3 together... if I could wish for 1 musician to be brought back, it would be MCA with no hesitation... the world, not music and their fans... the world was truly robbed by his untimely passing... plus these guys were in there mid 40's when he passed, and they were just about to ramp sh!t up

If you gave a thumbs down, then they accomplished their goal... that was the beauty of the Beastie Boys, they were true artists and could care less what the critics said... if they did, then they would've sounded like everyone else... if you saw the whole thing and laughed, then mission accomplished...

Probably because Mike was an outside shooter whilst Adam worked on his inside game. And all of that while MCA acted as safety manager, which I think was key to their success. Something as simple as safetly precautions in the gym can definitely boost album sales when your competitor is neck and neck with you.

Stealing and sampling are two different things. Black Eye Peas steal, people like Jaydee and Beastie Boys sample. It's an art, not a crime.
@Edward3DFX8 жыл бұрын
Original Music is timeless, Prince was an artist, Michael was a puppet - Quincy J made his music, MCA was an Artist - the two other clown's were and are still just filler....like a bad sample.....
@jordanboxman8 жыл бұрын
+Edward SB So the other two gotta be dead in order for them to have praise? They are all unique in their own ways. Prince and MJ were great acts but not as amazing as everyone believes they are. Same goes for Tupac. I'm not saying these guys are amazing, because they are not, just don't call sampling theft when it really isn't.
