It is expensive to eat healthy. Give the people info on how to eat healthy when money is the issue.

I would suggest shopping for frozen vegetables, dry goods…beans, lentils, brown rice, and lean meats. Possibly, purchase bulk items when you can. Utilize coupons and sales when available.
