@pushthefeeling1987 Yes you can eat Canned Tuna for sure, not sure you want to eat chicken that is frozen, you may want to thaw it out, but if you mean buying chicken raw and then freezing it sure. If you want to buy frozen chicken breasts (not breaded) then yes...I would stick to FRESH VEGGIES as you do not know what is in the packaged frozen veggies - FRESH is BEST!!!!!

Hey Funk, is there any difference in what my nutrition (I NEVER SAY DIET, diet is temporary, nutrition is a lifestyle) should be as a teen? I train hard 5 days a week (with one active rest day and one recovery/mobility day). Plus, what should i put in my post workout drink? I put protein powder, a banana, and some strawberries. Is that enough or am I doing something wrong? Thanks. Just found the videos, loving 'em.

Would the all natural organic turkey breast in the package be considered a processed food that I should stay away from?

@everlasting31 I am not a believer in drinking milk, especially for fat loss, but it depends on your goals, medical history, etc. I am defintely not a dairy person - Instead of milk shakes, mix water with chocolate protein powder (I like Milky Whey Protein - taste so good) with 1/2 sliced banana, 1/2 cup of strawberries, a little peanute butter to get healthy fat, 1/2 cup of ice and you have a healthy nutrient packed smoothie...

Hey Funk I know you mentioned what to eat and all that stuff, but do you have a recipe book on how to prepare meals ? I'm not much of a cook so I have a hard time on knowing what to prepare and how to prepare it. And I mean recipes for everyday of the week and every meal of the day. I would surely appriciate it if you can give me some recipes or even sell me a book. I would definitely buy it.

Love this, but am the only person who wants to see Vegan Gains do a video on him? Toronto vs Toronto. He listed meats and VG will have a field day.
