So if I'm a sedentary person, in other words, I work in an office behind a desk all day. I fit in hiting the gym 3 x a week I can't be increasing my protein and carbs. I'll balloon up. I wish he would go into what would help someone like myself.

@lilmisjordnz3 It all depends on what your goal is...I would incorporate both into my training, but as mentioned before it all depends on your goals - check out my Sprint Training vids and my Burpee 28's vids - do both Monday to 5 rounds of the burpee 28's and Thursday try 10 rounds of sprint training

Hi Funk, nice vid! I wanted to ask you if you have any videos or tips for forearms & grip strength. As a martial artist, I´ll appreciate your help. Peace!

@lilmisjordnz3 sprints are more about the pure cardio and a little bit of leg strength... burpees are a balance of lower and upper body strength and cardio. it depends what u are looking for.

@justcallmeDiesel That's true but it's the amount of calories/fat that comes with it that can make it un-healthy. It's the same as saying hamburgers are junk food, you get your proteins, fats, veggies and carbs!

What do you think about burpees for HIIT training vs sprints?

Hey Funk, I know you have a lot of videos boss and you may have already made one about this. Do you have a diet for building muscle? I mean lean muscle; I'm not looking for size. I'm looking for muscle strength/growth I can use as a martial artist. If you can help me out with this, that would be fantastic! Thanks for everything! Mack

@TheEricleeparker NO WAY at all - believe me, I have to work HARD for this..I'm 43 years young so regardless of genetics, you would have workout with high intensity and EAT CLEAN (like I do) - just start to implement the right nutrition and workouts protocol and you will haev an amazing body - trust me. Genetics having nothing to do with what I have. When I star tto eat bad or stop training, I get big and fat- I used to be 205lbs with a fat belly - now 185lbs ripped! - YOU CAN DO IT!

Holla! Have you considered Aston Muscle Ripper? Maybe it could help you get you a well-defined physique in a fast way - and most important - get you on the right track, for an impressive body like it already did for thousands upon thousands of people who used it. I compared this to several other programs, and Aston Muscle Ripper continue to works significantly better. It is purely awesome! You can see for yourself exactly why, (just run a Google search for "Aston Muscle Ripper").
