I am excited to share a short video with you today (under 4 mins) that’s taken from a long form interview I recently did with circadian health expert and quantum clinician, Sarah Kleiner. This is Sarah's story (why she started questioning the health paradigm and how nutrition wasn’t enough to heal) in a nutshell.
Check out this powerful ‘teaser’ and make sure you’re subscribed to my email list and/or my KZbin channel with notifications turned ON so you don’t miss the full interview that comes out Monday, April 1!! 👈🎬

WOW, love her story I need to follow this lady's social media. I would be interested to hear more of her story of becoming a mom at 43. Because I'm almost 43 in a few months and I still want to get married and have a family sooner than later.

Maybe some women don't want children and they just want to focus on their own health and well being. Life is not just about settling down, being married and having children. Its about embracing yourself as a whole so you can be with the right people in your life. If you want to have children and a family that's great. I'm glad this woman found her healing

First of all, she is talking about so much more than just getting pregnant. Second, fertility is a big indicator of general health.

I do apologize for not knowing about the importance of fertility. I hope all those who are working through it will have a positive outcome and that everything will work out for them

Why does no one talk about age related issues? Why not tell girls and young women that they should look for a husband while they are young and fertile? Older women seem not to want to talk about this risk of waiting too long because of some stupid carrier to get pregnant.

Society is lying to us and if our parents didn't emphasize finding a husband we just don't know! Sometimes we don't have goals which include husbands and children. Some of us have various degrees of childhood trauma which affected EVERYTHING about our lives. Me for example, I had a stressful childhood, developed period issues at age 27 and other health issues, chronic pain etc. I definitely wasn't in a position to get married and have kids. Wasn't emotionally equipped to find a good husband or probably be a good wife. I attracted weird, wimpy guys with issues. And I hated kids and promised myself I wouldn't have kids my entire childhood, teens and 20s simply because I didn't want what happened to me to happen to my potential kids. Fast forward to now at almost 43. I don't know if having my own biological kids is going to happen. I'm working on STILL trying to get healthy physically to make that happen. But fortunately I'm in a great position mentally and emotionally to have kids and a husband now. Therapy and support groups giving me tools to change and God healing my heart and emotional trauma from childhood has been miraculous. I'm working on my body catching up with my mind. You see, everyone doesn't need to have kids as a young person. I personally knew I would have screwed everything up because I didn't have the capacity for it then. I wish more people would know themselves and be honest if they don't have the capacity to be good parents.

I had my first child at age 28 & she suffered from a brain injury which left us incapable of caring for another child for many years. We always wanted another child but knew it wouldn’t be fair to the new baby - so we waited until we knew we were could properly provide a stable and caring home for another baby. That’s why we waited. It isn’t always black and white.

@@SarahKleinerWellness There are exceptions like yours but in most cases modern women don´t make having kids a priority till it is too late and older women, instead of telling how it is, don´t like to talk about age related issues of fertility.. Between 18 and 24 is the best age for a women to have kids with the best chance of them being healthy. But feminism and woke culture brainwashed a lot of young women into believing that they can push back the clock.
