It's super important to choose a high quality fish oil as many cheaper, lower quality brands on the market use rancid or oxidised oil, which is harmful for your body. Choose your fish oils wisely and always do the research! 🤗🤗🤗

Love that vitamin c is chewable, as I wish more adults vitamins came in that form. Not gummies either. Flintstones seem to be it.

Flintstones vitamins are trash ;/ Hate to break it to ya. Many other brands have chewable versions. Look into Olly brand. 👌 High quality.

No. It's super great for skin! You can even squeeze it onto your skin to absorb topically. But orally is always best for body absorption.
