Actually eating protein stimulates protein synthesis regardless of training..do your homework before you post..

Carbohydrates of the single best thing for growing and keeping your muscles, corn, rice, pasta potatoes all have enough protein if you want to hit the gym and start gaining muscle , Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

Seems like the product is ok if that's your thing and only $3.25 USD i assume per serve is only half the cost of say a hamburger. So while it might be expensive compared to a can of beans it's probably around the same price as buying a dairy based protein drink.

Pea protein with full profile in UK you get 5kg for £39.that will last you months. Which is around .20p per serving.

you really dont think we need protein powder how much protein should i get for maximal muscle growth and life quality when i weigh 103 pounds but i need to try to gain some weight what should i do i thought like 25% protein was good

It mean, most health problems and death are caused by dietary excess (alcohol, salt, sugar, fat, processed foods, animal products, cigarettes etc) and not dietary deficiencies.
