Ingredients:
220 grams of gluten-free oatmeal
80 grams of sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 large handful of chocolate chips
White chocolate chips
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
60 grams of butter

1 handful of pecans

I had to come back to put a follow up. I have made and sampled them already 😋they are soooooo good. I had to make a couple of changes to accommodate my pantry, but it came great. I didn't have pecans so I replaced with walnuts and I didn't have white chips so I skipped them and put a little extra of the dark chocolate. What a great recipe that I will make again and again. I bet it would also be good with raisins instead of the chocolate or in addition to 😁

Absolument ! Tant que l'on remplace par du sirop (sirop de sucre, sirop d'agave, sirop de dattes, miel, etc...), ça fonctionnera :)
