I had a comment not long ago from someone on my Down in a Hole cover asking me to do a similar piano cover with Nutshell. I thought it was a great idea. So as I was recovering from a flu that hit me like a tornado I recently stumbled across this Piano version of Nutshell on vkgoeswild channel. I gathered my strength and recorded this dual live vocal cover yesterday. Hope you like and lemme know if you want me to do more of these types of piano versions. My god. You look like Layne Staley. Sometimes we empathize with the lyrics of songs, with the emotions they convey, in this case hopelesness and sorrow. Most artists get out of the depression hole or the specific problem they are singing about. But Staley never got out, making his lyrics way more heavy. AiC is in my top 3 bands of all time and this song soothes me but makes me feel sad at the same time. Vkgoeswild is an awesome pianist, btw, been following her since about 15 years ago. Love this cover.

That's freaking awesome man. Vkgoeswild is absolutely marvelous at her renditions. Here on YT we have a lot of good, or even awesome, performers technically speaking, but very few have enough personality and feel while performing like you both. I met both channels years ago and, now thinking here, your encounter shouldn't needed to take so long to happen. But now is better than never, right? You should definitely make more songs together.
