As a couple of slight clarifications: it's hard to equate commentary/insults against women versus commentary/insults against men, because insults against men are fucking toothless. It's the same with being called any insult pertaining to pale skin, there's nothing that can back it, no history or real personal baggage that carries weight, threat, or anything that's not (contextually) hilariously tame.
