Hi NVC said they can’t review our documents until we submit DS-260, civil documents and financial documents. However, we have submitted all the required documents so I’m so confused on what they want us to do specifically. The also never left a note next to any of the documents. They all just says SUBMITTED. Could you help me understand what’s going on?

@@obiorarhoda848 in this case you have to check the backlogs in your consulate. Sometimes nvc will not move your case to your country until they spot for it

It should have button turned on that you click to add joint sponsor.

I did click on the bottom to add the joint sponsor already it’s just didn’t give me a option to upload the rest of the documents so I uploaded it under the principal applicant documents is it possible for nvc to just fixed it on they hand

@@usimmigrationhelp7335 My fiancé has sent enquiry to NVC last week so this week NVC responded to his enquiry by saying that they haven’t received case yet…In the i797 notice they said they transferred the case to NVC so now fiancée is going to contact USCIS whatever they say I’ll let you know
