All very good discussing the economic benefits of AI technologies for the corporate powers and the legitimately lazies calling for UBI to satiate the restless populations, take the time to evaluate the consequences of large proportions of society living an inert lifestyle, as we saw during the pandemic an exponential increase in domestic violence, people, men need meaningful employment to maintain a sustainable, distracted society not bent on rebellion. It's not that AI will destroy humanity, its about the objectives of its creators.
