NVMe Shootout! - innomaker vs WD vs Samsung - Who Will Win?

We're pitting the innomaker 1TB NVMe vs Western Digital Blue SN570 1TB NVMe vs the Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB NVMe. The results might surprise you! In this NVMe benchmark test we'll be comparing the innomaker 1TB M.2 NVMe against the WD Blue SN570 1TB M.2 NVMe and a Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB M.2 NVMe. The innomaker M.2 NVMe is a very affordable SSD hard drive and I was curious what the benchmark results would be when compared to other popular NVMe SSD hard drives. In the test we'll be using CrystalDiskMark and running its standard array of sequential and random read and write tests. The test system is an HPE DL20 Gen9 server with the NVMe drives attached to a PCIe to NVMe adapter installed on the servers PCIe x8 slot. The operating system is Windows 10 64bit. The PCie x8 Gen3 slots support transfer speeds up to 8 GB/s, but the NVMe adapter is x4 and only supports up to 4 GB/s.
