The song "Tears" is originally performed by a female singer _(So Chanwhee)_ , the EXO member _(Chen)_ tried to sing it in the original female key that's why he's singing so high! A K-Pop group usually consists of main vocalists, lead vocalists and rappers (and dancers). The main vocalists are the ones that are technically better at singing, who do the high notes and most of the singing parts in songs _(in EXO's case: Baekhyun, Chen and D.O.)_ , lead vocalists get less parts and usually less exposure at events etc. hence there is not much footage of them showing their singing ability, *Suho* is a lead vocalist _(together with Lay and Xiumin)_ that's why there aren't many clips of him in the video even though he is capable of singing well.

They were already famous when they sang at weddings(multiple occasions lol, sometimes individually) but they usually do for those who they know personally like friends, managers, old schoolmates, costars’ weddings lol they’re so endearing. The videos are from guests of the weddig usually so it’s only sometimes the video gets leaked to the public

You don't see Suho singing a lot because he is one of the lead/support vocals. The main vocalists are D.O., Chen and Baekhyun so they usually highlight these three. The lead vocalists are Suho and Xiumin (the one who did the whistle note), they aren't given much line but they have wonderful voices. The rap line are Chanyeol and Sehun, though these two could also sing (Check out their We Young MV). And the main dancers are Kai and Lay who also have wonderful singing voice. Bottom line, ALL EXO MEMBERS CAN SING :)

Nya Suho has been doing musical. RN he has a series of musicals. Baek also is into musical his last was Singing in the rain. Chen had been into musical as well. It was Xiumin who did the whistle. He can do whistle. Lay (in white who belts really high) is lead vocals along with Suho and Xiumin. He is doing solo activities in China making music on his own (Chinese music bec he is Chinese). this year he won Best Producer and last year his 2nd solo album won Album of the year. Please check Promise. He composed that song for us exols. Korean lyrics are written by Chen and Chanyeol. Lay wrote the Chinese version. It is very meaningful for us and line distribution is quite fair Suho, Xiumin and Lay. they got the spotlight

To me Baekhyun is the most well-rounded member of the group. As the years have passed his vocals have improved, his dancing as well and he's even getting more involved in the rapping part (watch "Horololo"). But what I really really like about Exo is that each one of them is soooo talented!

The song "Tears" is a female singer's song. It's quite old, he was just doing it for fun on a show because it seems to be a running challenge for kpop male singers to try singing that song in the original key, so many of them have done it but always for fun. So they don't really do it a lot, which is a relief since I don't want them to damage their voices. I'm guessing many South Koreans also try to sing that song in Karaoke. THE SONG THAT SUHO SANG SOLO - Suho really loves that song, he said that it's his life's current background music (in 2017). It's actually a very sad song. The lyrics are like "I go out with friends, I have fun, I fall into books. A life like this seems really good, I'm living really well... but then why? I'm so lonely. Why am I this lonely? What is love? Why can't I find it?" something like that. I think you'd actually love that song, it's very relatable for people who are experiencing sadness.

Chen, Baekhyun, and D.O are the power singers so you see a lot of them and they get to do more solos and duets because of it. Other members sing but are not shown as much because their voices aren't as strong? I'm not sure how to explain it but they sing great but they aren't the main vocalists in the group.

I think it's also that the range of their songs really cater to the three main singers' ranges. SM always does this, like if your group has people with those skills you really do want to show them off a lot... but when they get more parts, there's less for the others. If the overall range was lower the other members would have more parts. I think that's the beauty of the sub-units and them having a lot of solo stuff. It keeps everyone happy and appreciated.

In an age where real music has been ruthlessly taken over by heavily produced sounds, electronic.. and autotunes and other noises, I find EXO as one of those who still uses real voice and raw music ( they do use auto tune but not much, you can count). I also read many EXO-Ls comment which give you explanation about every EXO member speciality and position in the group. and of course EXO-Ls give you how we praised EXO so much for their talents. I remember you said that you love ballad, EXO has many ballad songs mainly in their winter album. I really love "For Life" and "Been Through" . Even I love how D.O sang "For Life" in English Version in their concert "Elyxion" in 2018 as well. EXO's Miracles In December has such great performances to be honest. And a great song is also Diamond Crystal by EXO-CBX (which is exo's sub unit where's only Chen, BaekHyun and XiuMin), i love how they sing it live, right know there's only fancams of that performance i think, but even the studio version gives me chills.
