License plate reading equipment has been installed on 1st and Madison Avenues in Manhattan, leading to concerns from drivers as to whether congestion pricing will affect cars traveling both north and south of 60th Street in and out of the city's new congestion zone.

It isn't spending hundreds of millions on digital signage that doesn't working, it isn't spending hundreds of millions on rebuilding train stations instead of improving infrastructure and reliability, it's the "fare evaders"

The two tiered class system was already enshrined when car companies lobbied to kill public transit forcing tens of millions of people to, on average, spend $12,000 per year to own and drive a car Also, you are free to travel wherever you want. You arent free to use infrastructure that costs money to upkeep without paying somewhere. You can hop on a bike and go most anywhere you want.

More traffic makes walking more difficult with busier streets, longer lights, less ability to cross the street to store you see on the other side, noise that discourages people from wanting to spend time outside, smog that impacts people walking's health, and by taking space that could be used for wider sidewalks that would help prevent crime and make walking more pleasant and allow for the creation of protected bike lanes that would prevent drivers from murdering bikers.

Cameras that are already in place need to be calibrated also. I've witnesses cars at a stand still and the stupid Cameras were still recording the speed of drivers. Such a waste and awful idea enforced.
