Only the blind or visually impaired have right of way when crossing against a traffic signal at a crosswalk.
@sunnymas26566 жыл бұрын
@@ActionKid For so hadicaped people we have noise signals at pedestrian traffic lights. And these people are marked with a yellow ribbon at their arm, with printed symbols. And/or with a white stick. (in germany) So even car driver can notice these handicaped people. But anyway: If someone is really handicaped, he has no guilt, if something doing wrong. Because if he cannot do it right. ie cannot see it. In germany we have § 1 - no. one of our traffic laws. Everyone must be careful for each others in the traffic. That fullfill all. I think, the same in the USA. And first looking, before start driving. Even a green traffic light, is not shure, if the road is free for driving. In a city you must look so much to everyone and everything. Your videos show it, too. A lot of people, bikes and cars in the streets. And the traffic lights. And maybe someone in the middle, who manage the traffic. Even young children or pets can run suddenly into a driveway.
