I don't live in NY, but I live in a pretty small town in Kansas. We have stuff like this all the time even when its not very loaded. We don't have a bike lane on most of our roads, and when we do, cars will honk at you, tell you to get out of the road, and more. We're not allowed to bike on the sidewalk, which is why we get pissy when we're yelled at 😂😂

It's a feature on the Orp Smart Horn bicycle accessory which flashes lights and makes that annoying chirping sound heard in the video. It's advertised to lessen the chances of being "doored" from a vehicle, but I found other uses for it as well.

I didn't like NYC at first. I thought it was too big, too crowded. I don't know when I started loving it. But I do have to acknowledge that everyone has a different experience when you live here . I have a relative with an older car were that thing is broken and if it is closed he has to pry it open with a screwdriver. Much of it is customization. It's a solid steel frame and I like home it rides. I ride with wider tires since it gives more puncture resistance and a smoother ride over bumpy surfaces. The brakes work great and the peddle force is perfect for NYC since most of it is at sea level.
