Plain and simple MTA is responsible and NYPD for this last stop to be swept off and conducted to make sure passengers were off the train this is a very secluded area near the ocean obviously there's a lot of trains that has a last stop and passengers do stay sleeping on the train and no one does a sweep after they pull over a conductor's responsible for this as well and this cameras that they could have seen if someone was on the train

Cameras were placed inside those trains by the government that is the last stop the conductor was supposed to get out and do a walk-through and make sure all passengers are off the train before returning and restarting back to route I feel if that would have been done they would have seen him and her on that train that is the last stop where this should have been someone in that area conducting the train because that is Coney Island and that's a dangerous secluded spot that should be monitored by train law enforcement or whatever and the conductor doing their sweet to clear out the trains on that last stop she should have never been sleeping there as being the last stop and no one's saying that a man is also entering the train
