Looks like this is the corner of Skillman Ave and Queens Blvd. goo.gl/maps/BgVwEDcSQ592 At 12:20 the guys in the truck notice your camera At 19:22 someone almost crashes At 24:56 The guy in the yellow van yells "Hey get a real job, the fuck (something), stupid bitch" at the cops At 1:06:00 The cops head back to their cruiser to leave. (I can't believe I watched this far) At 1:09:20 There is a little back and forth. Something like "Get the fuck out of the way" followed by "suck a dick you street breeder" I dunno. At 58:23 a runner passes by and at 1:16:04 he runs back.
