I was doing 55 in 50 mph zone and they gave me a ticket so i went to court and they told me if i wanna fight the ticket and I lose i could go to jail for 15 days and also had to pay double the fine. They gangsters up there man

Evil is Evil. Predatory Policing is Evil. Some people are miserable and hateful. I got my first ticket from a hateful Carrol county sheriff in Virginia that I was speeding even though I was doing traffic flow just like everyone else. We were passing through Virginia from Atlanta to new York. The officer was extremely rude and hateful, Talked to me with his hand on his gun and was very rude to my wife too, DIDN'T SCARE ME!, I took his illegal ticket and left. Don't be too damn to realize that the only one hate is killing is yourself!! #HateIsDamn

Steve H I understand and I didn’t know there was a problem in Westchester! I drive for lyft in the city but I live upstate so I was considering getting a WTLC license and drive upstate because the situation in the city is so stressful!

Your problem is that you did not record from your cellphone or keep a dash cam recording. I really hate when this happens and seeing this happen to you brings back bad memories for myself for bullshit ticket, but I just don't understand why in 2022 there are still professional drivers who don't use dash cams (for their own safety). Also, if you had video, you could have sent it to AUDIT THE AUDIT and the county would be running scared. Side note: super nice beard, how do you keep it so neat?

I actually did and the police dash cam was recording too. I printed my way bill and went to court. I proved my innocence and the judges lowered my fines to $400 but refused to throw all of it out because “I can’t let you get off of everything”. It’s not because I didn’t break any laws it’s because it’s about money and they know you can’t appeal their decisions so they do what the want even if it’s unlawful and unconstitutional

Will Will Tell Stories the thing is I never paid to get my car out of the impound so I know if they pulled me over they would take my car. No need to entice them they have a check point by my house 3+ times a week. If you have an Uber sticker or NYCTLC license plates it’s an automatic reason to get pulled over and get tickets.

@@lyfsalgorhythm how long has the checkpoints been going on for? And it seems you've been fighting for quite a while and won't pay tickets regardless. I see an opportunity here to expose them as the crooks if we can get it all on camera that they are writing bogus tickets and extorting hard working drivers. I think this will go viral on my channel. Maybe they will finally drop the tickets. (wishful thinking but I think it's possible). I'm in Westchester all the time and haven't had an issue yet. But knowing this is going on is unsettling.

@@lyfsalgorhythm I see. Well what I want to do is drive through the checkpoints with a hidden dash cam and a hidden camera inside. If I get pulled over I will question why. I predict the officer will get mad and write bogus tickets to me similar to you. I will have video evidence of all of those tickets being false. When I go to 'court' I will only present DashCam footage showing its a false stop. Maybe the judge will say the same thing to me "did you really expect to get off on all those tickets?" I will record this of course. And id love to see if they stop recording on their end crucial moments of the proceedings. Then I'll put it up on my channel. I'll have to do this around Feb. If I do this itd be great to have your participation in some way.

If you still driving in Westchester and you wound up getting a TLC ticket in the future then I strongly suggest to retain a Lawyer for all your TLC tickets... Clearly you were innocent of all the charges considering that you had the Uber's waybill showing the timing of the pick up going to Hartford, and plus it wasn't your fault that the fleet you were renting the car from owed tickets on their own vehicle.

no lawyer will take the case they say westchester ilc is crooked. they say their is zero chance of winning no matter how much proof i have. wtlc is a massive scam being run on the people and they make it impossible to legally fight back because their is no appeals process

Miguel Villafane no by law you don’t need a westchester tlc but that doesn’t mean they won’t write you a bunch of tickets.
