I agree with you on the sofa situation, it's much better as you put it first, but it's true that it's very big compared to the space. Share with us what you want from your dating experiences, if you feel comfortable telling us, just do it. Don't overthink too much but keep your limits when it feels uncomfortable !! Most of us are here to be inspired & not to be noisy 😅

Keep the couch lovely! Big comfy couches are great when you have people to stay as it doubles as a bed and you can just enjoy your time together chilling on the couch! A small couch never gets used as much 🤣

Hey Shayla! Loving the NYC vlogs. When it comes to sharing your dating experiences, I say keep that to yourself until you and your partner are comfortable sharing with the world. Hi Shayla!! Not sure if you have figured this out yet (sorry, just found your channel, and it's amazing! I've been binging!) - but most full-service luxury buildings in NYC have a mail room where you can drop off your packages. When UPS/USPS/FedEx comes to drop packages off, the mail room will give them the returns. In my smaller full service building, I would just give all my returns to my doorman, if there's not a mail room or "valet" in your building! Hope this helps!

I love the couch on the short wall. If it being a little long bothers you, try catty cornering it ( that what we say in the south for putting it at a slight angle)-doing that would allow you to put a floor lamp behind if you wanted.

OK hear me out: what if you put a temporary molding on your door frame to make the wall look a bit longer? Basically, you'd just get thick molding (basically a white piece of wood as thick as you need it to be) and use double-sided command strips to adhere it on top of your existing door frame. Get 3 pieces to frame out the entire door. It'd make the couch look like it fits better! Should be a simple/cheap/easy fix.
