This is just a very wild guess but the needing to cry and hug someone signals a want to be comforted (if that wasn't already obvious by you listening to this audio) but the smiling suggests you're either unprepared for negative emotion or are just used to laughing it off/dismissing it. Pulling your hair out can be a stress response to a difficult situation. Maybe you had a nightmare? Or something is troubling you and disrupting your sleep. You might have a fear of vulnerability or touch, but still crave it anyway.
