God no, it took us SO long to reach taika. He's named after taika waititi the director, but we knew the Finnish meaning :3 it also means tiger in Maori and God-like-person in Japanese and its so perfect for him ❤️❤️❤️😊

Hey guys I don't know if you will get to see this but when we got a puppe she also had a hard time sleeping at night so my mother took an old warn out shirt that she wouldn't miss and placed it in her basket so that she was surrounded my mothers smell and that calmed her down :-) admittedly dog are just as different as people but it might help you ^_^

My puppy had a hard time too in the beginning so we got her a stuffed sheep with the scent of her siblings on it and even after 5 years it still works miracles in calming her when she’s scared.

i grew up with a standard poodle and they are incredible dogs. smart, affectionate, SOOO sweet, and easy to train. i am currently coping with the loss of the family dog, a white standard poodle Cami. 15 wonderful years. we are getting ready to get another "spoo" to help cope with the loss. thank you for posting this, watching y'all get excited about sweet little Taika is helping me also get excited about my next dog, even though i'll miss Cami forever. y'all have sooooo many amazing years to look forward to with your pup, what an adventure your life will be!!!

It would be hilarious if you did one of your Growing Pains videos and start off with perhaps a hung over Ron, he's in Harry's house and the dog appears and he thinks he turned Harry into a poodle. The episode could consist mostly of Ron talking to the dog and perhaps calling Hermione over to try and fix Harry, then do a flash back to the night before. Harry, Ron and Draco had been at the pub the night before, there is a fight of some kind, and Ron pulls out his wand before passing out. Harry had gotten a dog or something while he is passed out and he and Draco go to get dog things from a Muffle shop, and come back to Harry's with a bedraggled Ron and Hermione trying every spell she knows to fix Harry and...conclusions....Harry could even have gotten the dog for a new hobby to get out of his house and was keeping it a surprise from his friends just like y'all.

When I first got my dog as a puppy, we put a ticking clock in his crate with him. Puppies are used to hearing a heartbeat from their mama, so the constant ticking while he was in there soothed him. Hope this helps! Taika is such a cute and friendly boy!

AWWWWW WHAT A SWEET BOY ❤ If Taika is still having sleeping problems, maybe give a bit of low volume music a go? We did that for my lil guy and it definitely helped. Also leaving him in his crate for a few hours each day and increasing that time to combat the separation anxiety. Congrats on your new pup! :D

There's nothing quite like adding a new addition to the family, speaking as someone with 6 bloody pets. Nice to meet the new member!
