It really is startling the first time you hear it, if you've been taught all the typical bs about relationships. Tons of unnecessary drama and negativity comes from a woman's manipulation and emotional volatility. They believe that they are entitled to inflict that on a man. Our lives can be stressful enough without a woman lashing our spirit and breaking it down with her nonsense. Their instinct is to wear you down and take control of you on their hunt for ownership of your nutsack. Our manhood and boundaries are infinitely more valuable than their cooch, stay ready to say goodbye if she infringes on you. We are here realizing that we can and must say (to reference the great Al Bundy): No Ma'am.

Patrice O'Neal helped me through a ROUGH breakup in late 2018. It was so bad that I was physically getting ill. I lost so much of myself investing in that relationship. I knew about Patrice for a long time and decided I needed to listen to him. I remember him having brash but great advice. So I take a trip down memory lane and listen to Patrice. And my-oh-man. I wish I had listened to him DURING my relationship. After a month of being a bitch, Patrice (and Jocko) helped me out more than anyone. My closest friends, family members couldn't even help me. Patrice immediately made me man the fuck up. Wish he were here nowadays, he's greatly needed.

So, to summarize, good ppl, the way to keep your woman is to always be ready to leave her. That way she knows she has no control over you, like how you have no control over her. Simple to understand, but hard to implement.

I cannot express in words how upsetting it is to discover somebody like him AFTER they have already died. It feels like someone robbed the world of one of its best people. It almost feels like a crime that he died when he did at his age. He still had so much more that he could do and so many people's lives he could still change. The world is cruel sometimes guys...

Jus2Trill07 Dante is nice but i kind of stopped listening after episode 40, it's just Mara laughing, and laid back talk. Dante comes from a different world of fucking hunderds of girls, he doesn't look at pussy the same way Patrice and most people that don't fuck even tens of girls (let alone hundreds ffs) think. He DOES bring so good advice, but past the first 10-20 episodes i kind of dozed off since we're not on the same level. just revisit Black phillip when you feel that you need some reminders.
