Everyone has done something bad one way or another summer caught. Some are not some are judged by a jury, some walk away free whatever the race may be. But God is a God of mercy and love, and he is a new creation and decided to turn away from what he has done as a youth and that is what I see a miracle God has done in a terrible circumstance, and as for the family, I pray for them that they were to find the Lord and find the peace they’re searching for because only God will forever give that peace and love in their heart to forgive one another, and this cruel terrible world, because we are all imperfect, and only the God almighty above can change a man’s ways from evil to good

Michael very unfortunate for your friends who didn't have the resources, community, and grit to fight like Justin has to help fight for his pardon. Justin could take it the easy way and take ICE invitation to leave but today, Justin is using his story around the country and on multiple formats to help share his story and awareness to save the youth who, like him, fell into the wrong crowd and under the wrong influence. He is not only fighting for his pardon to stay BUT on the limited time he does have ledt, he is fighting to SAVE the youth, society, and families. We need more people like Justin who is actually making a difference.

This garbage is the murderer. This is from court testimony: As they pulled up alongside Yao’s car on the freeway, defendant Chung rolled down the window, retrieved a gun “from under the seat or something,” and shot.... Lay stated that defendant Ryoo had driven the car and that defendant Chung, seated in the front seat, had been the shooter.

I personally oppose to clemency of him . Justin Chung, now petitioning against his deportation as a double punishment, has served a 14-year prison sentence for murder and attempted murder. Even though he has been living in the United States and has been acting sincerity by attending church service It is difficult for me to see any reasons to treat him as special. If this individual is allowed to live in the United States it's disproportionate to the many immigrants who have been deported after their crimes and also It is obvious that missing the deadline to apply for his permanent residency is not the state's responsibility . Deporting aliens when they have committed a crime honors the legislative intent of Congressmen and serves the public safety of the United States.

I think the team should focus on that he has served the time. So the question is, should he get deported regardless of the outreach work he's doing with the youth in the criminal justice system. Or does society have more to gain by keeping him here. That cost/benefit analysis should be the focus of discussion. He can't unwind the victims time. And he can't unwind his time in jail. What should the future look like for all parties involved? The youth and Justin. Hard question to answer, but I'm thinking wouldn't society benefit more by letting him stay?

There is a difference. Feel free to research the laws. I’m not staying this guy is just doing it better. However if a Hispanic fell under this category then there is a good chance he wouldn’t be deported either. He came here as a baby. So why was he never naturalized in all that time? Anyway if they are deporting US war veterans who served in Iraq and Afghanistan and committed felonies after their service, then what chance does this guy have?

@claudiasimpson4386 2 жыл бұрын
No he needs to be resettled backto his ancestors home land , he's cost the taxpayers enough already and he is a Convicted felon. If his family is here illegally they can travel back together !!!. Good luck to him, but America should follow our laws.

Not true just because you were born in another country and raised here isn’t why you’re getting deported you’re considered being deported because you committed crimes in this country and that’s why you were red flagged not because you are from Korea

Criminals should be deported as soon as they complete their prison sentence. You did the crime and history sometimes repeats itself. So once you're a bad apple you cant stay with the good apples. Cant feel bad for the bad. He changed but too late.

This is what I want to say about our system our immigrant policies we need to fix I had a friend she's a Spanish she lived here all her life and her mom had a citizenship and her mom went back to Mexico cuz something happened to her mom she end up having her baby in Mexico because she was Hispanic when her daughter got older she came 18 she had to go get a green card to stay in the United States and it cost her 2,500 to get a green card and her husband had to do the same thing so basically it cost him 5,000 to get their citizenship to live in the United States $ $6,000 for her and she had to pay another $6,000 for her husband and we need to fix this is wrong just because her mother was not American person before but had a citizenship and she went back to her country accidentally had her baby her baby was not a citizen we need to fix this problem

If, he still shows violence in the US Police friends. He should go back to Asia. After, you commit murder on a person for no reason. You will be able to be rehabilitated. We have Asian Chinese in US telling citizens to commit suicide for standing for the law. There are still Asian, Chinese Women working illefal in Texas and Massachusetts to deport.
