This is definitely one of their most impressive christmas arrangements. It was so much fun watching your reactions ! This was the first song I heard of Home Free at Christmas 4 years ago…..& was like an Instant Home Fry 🥰🔥‼️❄️☦️. They released a new video yesterday…”MARY DID YOU KNOW”….. it is pure AWESOMENESS 🥰🔥‼️☦️🎄. Please do it, it gives me chills each time I hear it 🔥‼️💥❄️☃️ LOLOLOL…yes, Austin clean shaven looks like a 12 year old. But, WOW…….he can SAANG 🥰🔥‼️💥 He wrote the song they did…”WARMEST WINTER”…. In memory of his Nani, of whom he was real close.❤️🔥‼️ The setting is a cathedral in Minnesota, it’s part of a convent….just beautiful ☦️🙏‼️

One of my favorite versions of this song by far. I used to sing it in choir and I remember my choir teacher telling us about the 'S' in angels. Another song that they recorded in that church I believe is Angels We Have Heard On High. I believe they filmed it in the same night. I can't remember if you reacted to "Do You Hear What I Hear?" but Adam arranged that version and by far my fave version of it. If you want to know if they make fun of Austin's attire......watch Guilty Pleasures.

I have 2 requests… “Do You Hear What I Hear “….Adam Rupp arrangement. Never much cared for the song until I heard this rendition. Next is HF at the Hosanna concert 2013 singing their rendition of “Joy To the World “(that is in the video title). It’s a jazzy, gospel arrangement with Rob singing lead…he digs deep on this, and I can’t hear it enough. There’s even a beatbox breakdown in it!

For the church, I think they mentioned the place was "School Sisters of Notre Dame" church. FYI, for a long time this was HF's most-viewed video because people threw a fit about Chris wearing a hat in a church. There's a video for another Christmas song that they filmed later where the first shot is Chris stopping at the door of the church and very intentionally removing his hat. Also, I'm pretty sure How Great Thou Art was the first video they did with drone shots. This one was shot from a second floor balcony.

It's the only time I know of that Chris and Chance performed together. There's Long Black Train by Chris Rupp ft. Tim Foust. Those two harmonize to great together. Of course I have to recommend the two tracks (so far) from Tim's doo wop album that have videos: Come Go With Me and Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow/Stay. I'll end this with the song Austin dropped less than a week ago. He sure shows his musical theater roots with Bring Him Home from Les Miz. The advertised song "Full of Cheer" is a tongue-in-cheek, goofy holiday sequel to "Champagne Taste (On a Beer Budget)," both of which were written by Tim Foust. The clothes choices--?maybe the musical theater background that Austin has? Austin makes the high tenor notes look effortless, doesn't he? And Austin and Tim both do a note or two of yodel-like voice cracks here. Listen to "All About that Bass" for more. Other suggestions/requests VoicePlay: "You're a Mean One, Mr Grinch," "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas," "Mele Kalikimaka" Pentatonix: "Mary, Did You Know?" (the young Pentatonix, when they were baby superstars), "12 Days of Christmas" (didn't used to like this one very much until their version), "Little Drummer Boy" (ditto), "O Come All Ye Faithful" (this one will never sound the same to you again-put on your Caribbean shirts, boys) Voctave: "Mary, Did You Know?" (with Mark Lowry the composer/writer-the final soprano note is the absolute best illustration of vocal control I've ever heard), "O Come All Ye Faithful" (very different and probably best to listen before the Pentatonix version-I'm just sayin') I'm buckling up for a wonderful holiday season with the 2 of you. Can't wait.
