Hello. How thick is your geomembrane ldpe/hdpe used for DWC trough bed? Mine would be 2m wide bed, so how thick sheet would be suitable you think-0,5mm?What is proper height of the water column in dwc trough bed-20cm or 25cm?thanks

Hello! Excellent video! Couple of questions. How far apart do you put the steel rods and did you sink those into the ground? How far apart do you have the wood uprights? How deep is the trough total? Are those 2x 6 or 2x4

The rods are sank about 2 feet in the ground and spaced 6 to 8 feet. Same spacing for the wood uprights. the troughs are 12 inches deep and they are 2 X 4.

man great vid! and those are huge troughs for the aquaponics but just curious was the liners pre-made for the troughs or did u guys just leave extra material to go up the ends of the troughs?

The liner comes in a 6 foot width that fits the 4 foot trough just right. We used a wider piece for the 7 foot trough but had to trim same off.
