Thanks for the video, great job figuring it out on the fly. I am very familiar with Aqueous Ozone (AO) laundry devices. I would like to comment that AO does really work. Hotels and hospitals have been using commercial versions for many years. This model produced by o3 Pure is a residential version which is a knock off copy from Purewash. Both o3 Pure and Purewash are early lomodels that. They are missing the ability to detect the amount of water flowing and adjust the o3 output accordingly. The UV light feature on the o3 pure model is useless. There is a newer company that has invented the next evolved version of a system like this that adds sensors so the o3 can be generated according to what is needed for the users specific ambient conditions such as the amount of water flow, amount of humidity in the air and air temp. Air humidity and temp are important because that greatly affects the ability for this coronal discharge o3 generator to produce the target amount of o3 needed. This is the key reason why this model and the prewash models do not work well out of the box, they simply don't sense what is needed and therefore cannot produce a variable output of o3 needed to meet the target amount of 03 dissolved in the water. Thanks again.

I was a waterplant operator before I was disabled. Utilities will sometimes use UV and/or ozone before they add chlorine to reduce the amount of chlorine need to disinfect the water. Mainly because they are cheep.

are you aware that ozone created by uv light is not that effective, as ozone created thru other means such as a corona cell? I was a GE engineer for 35 years. Your posts are completely wrong. First of all ozone is only corrosive in high dosages. These units only create ozone at about 3-4 parts per million.

Now that was different :-D It also started beeping after you fixed the track, so the piezo drive circuit needed 12v too. You can drink tap water and it's safe enough, so clothes don't need a special treatment.

This unit produced o3 to clean and sanitize. It’s not a water filter.

We had one of the old electric trains which stank of ozone, in the motorcoach. Staff complained, as did the passengers. Turned out to be a VERY badly scored commutator on one of the four DC motors. Traction motor changed, and the smell vanished. Can't see any benefit to ozone in dirty washing...

The microcontroller and the control board looks very similar to the ones in my room dehumidifier.

The only thing it accomplishes is that you wouldn't need as much bleach. Because the detergent and bleach will disinfect the water in the machine. It might make enough ozone for the rinse cycle to clean alittle or prevent mildew, but I doubt it makes enough to do either.

If that was the case, why do high end hotels use commercial ozone laundry systems to wash their clothes? Oh thats right bc you dont know what you are talking about. Thats why

I use ozone to keep my swimming pool crystal clear. It works all the time. please look up real results of ozone treatment and then make your decision.

Very interesting. Thanks.

Without the UV some of the ozone would be consumed by whats in the it draws in.
