Wow being on the same show with ringo starr and saw him in concert in california awesome never got to see the beatles. But I got to meet george harrison's sister and pete best at liverpool days in pasadena california, attended george harrison's memorial service at Griffith Park in california

I have met all four when they first started out did 4 paintings was on their bus sat and talked for 45 minutes very nice guys

Cool. I understand that Duane was the captain--the guy who arranged the schedule and decided who would sing what, but he never hogged the spotlight and he always let Joe ham it up--jump and dance--and to the talking.

I saw ORB on the Tonight Show then a few days later saw their bus just below our home at the GA Hwy 5/GA Hwy20 intersection. Joe was standing in the front of the bus. Couldn't miss that hair. At that time I didn't know I would become a fan.
