As an African,I gotta ask: Can ANYONE honestly say that firing a man for making an honest mistake, being unforgiving and instantly outraged, and having us all live in fear of each other, makes the world a better place? How does it do that?🤔🤔🤔

@@HanTheProphet if you’ve ever played Warzone you would know it’s one of the most frequently used words. It’s in all of our music and movies. Negro is never used except when mentioning the negro league which only Joe Biden and this man have done in my earshot. That being said plenty of black people have used nigga or nigger or an alternative like nizzle with zero repercussion making this literally a valid unfair treatment because of race which is by definition racism. That’s all fact bud. I play Warzone enough to where I frequently say nigga used to be followed by please but that’s gotten dropped. If I said nigga at work which I do all the time I’m not going to fire myself, and definitely wouldn’t fire an employee for it. I grew up in inner city San Antonio and got called nigga by ever single minority, just never by a white person. I’m super tired of the blatant anti white racism.

@@davidprimeau3368 ….That’s between the rapper, their producers and their listening public. Personally I find the frequent use of that word by persons of color to be self destructive, self debasing and a very misguided, poorly reasoned, pathetic attempt at grabbing the power of that word by “owning it”. That’s entirely on them. Let them use it all they want. They’re shooting themselves in the foot and they don’t even realize. I’m white, and I never use that word. I don’t need to. People of color who use that word are doing more damage to their race than any white racist can ever hope to inflict. They think it’s “power” but it only proves defeat. Whitey doesn’t need to say it any more. He’s got you doing it…, while you’re thinking you’ve “one upped him”…. He sits back and laughs at you.

Traditionally, #Frank, many older European descents use the N-Word among themselves and sometimes forget they're among mixed American and the same is true among African-Americans. What's required for America to overcome its Prejudicial Past is to practice ignoring her past mistakes. Hasn't the "s" word for fecie been down graded and often used in public, as are many other words? Why can't we encourage elininating all words considered offensive and/or vulgar? That will require people to take the "Perverbal Chips" off our shoulders and become "minds able to comprehend all things."

Desegregation happened when I was 7 years old. There was a Choc candy, a town near me, a store in that town and what I now know as Shady tree mechanics that were all called by that derogatory word. I heard it at home, school, church and my community. It flowed from my mouth until I was 7 as if I were saying the word Bible. I have said it a few times since I was little almost involuntarily. It once came out when talking to two black friends. I didn’t realize I had said it but they let me know. I was so ashamed. They thought it was hilarious and still do. I am so grateful that they took it in stride and tried to put me at ease but I’ll never forgive myself. I didn’t know I had said it and don’t know how I could have stopped myself from saying it those 40 years ago. That’s just my story.

Im from NY and I hear the N word all day with hard and not hard ER, so it doesnt offend me because context matters.
