Hi I primary use the Scott Chromapop Rose Flash skiing in the afternoons. Some sunny days but not many. Is this Oakley jade iridium as good or better then rose flash in low light? Feedback would be great!

i am planing to get oakley turbine with blue or green prizm lens,and i would use that sunglasses for daily use and for riding a bicycle.Is that lenses ok for that?

Hey Ivan! If you are going to be using for them for daily use and cycling, then the Prizm Jade (green) or Sapphire (blue) will be just fine. It will come down to your preference on the color as both will allow the same VLT.

If you are right next to the person you might be able to see through the shield, but other than that you should not see their eyes while you are on the mountain :)

Hey guys, trying to choose my first Prizm lens -- and I'm stoked! But can't decide! I ride mostly in the Northeast (eg VT), but sometimes go out to UT or CO, and I'm now (briefly) in Europe near the alps. This obviously means I'm seeing conditions from overcast/whiteout/flat light to bluebird days. Originally I thought I'd pick up TWO Prizms straight away, so I had thought Jade + Rose, or Jade + Hi Pink, so to have a solid all-around lens and one for flatter light. But now I'm wondering if either of those 2-lens combinations have too much overlap?? And If I go for just 1 Prizm lens to begin with, do you think I should go for Jade or Rose? Help!!

I ski in Alps most of the time. And I have Oakley a-frame with Prizm Rose. On a very sunny days sometimes I want slightly darker lens, so I can look straight at the sky without squinting my eyes. But in any other conditions I'm happy with this lens. Also it has a bulletproof design - after 2 years of heavy use (a lot of forest skiing sometimes hitting tree branches with my goggles, throwing them without any cover at ski bag and some retarded stuff that u don't normally do with ur ski goggles) it has only few scratches. My previous dragon lenses died after after one season of similar use. So if u'r not light sensitive I would recommend Prizm Rose

Hi Sport RX. I snow in the Alps and i'm uses the Prizm Black Iridium fore sunny days and the Prizm Rose fore the cloudy days, works perfect. I have just ordered the Prizm Jade, just fore the look of it.

Hey Sport RX. Now i've been skiing in the Alps fore a week, and i must say that the Prizm Jade is avesom in almost all kind of weather. Didnt use the Prizm Black Even on the blue bord days, but the Prizm Rose fore one time, when it was cloudy.

Hi, I am looking at buying a good pair of goggles. Currently deciding between the Dragon NFX2/X1 & the Oakley Line Miner in Prizm Jade or Prizm Torch. Currently leaning towards the Oakley Prizm Jade because of ease of use with not needing to change lens'. or The Dragon X1 because from what I've read it seems to come with a pretty versatile lens & it does come with a second lens too. Not that I really wanna be changing that often. Is there a huge difference between the 4 or will they all do a good job & it's just down to preference? Looking for good contrast & ease of use. You have a list of our favorites! You will not regret any one of those choices, seriously. It is nice to have a second lens option, though. Not that you want to think about changing lenses regularly on the mountain, but it is nice to have the option when going out in the morning knowing that the day is going to be bright/sunny or cloudy/snowy and planning accordingly. Hello Enrico! PRIZM Jade is a great all-weather lens. It will get you by on sunny days and still work in overcast conditions. PRIZM Black Iridium will give you a little more protection on sunny days but it is not the best on cloudy or white out days. what one of these lenses lets you see in normal colour or as close as. i dont want everything to be pink but i love the look of them.

None of them. All of the Prizm lenses have that rosy base tint. You would need to go with a non-prizm lens to get more neutral color perception.

Nope Tyler is wearing the Prizm Jade! Depending on the angle your looking at it the shield it can look purple or blue. When Tyler picked up this goggle he thought he had picked up the Sapphire shield, but once he turned the goggle to a different angle it had the green tint look.

We would recommend getting a clear lens for night skiing as the Prizm Hi Pink still may be too dark. However, if we had to choose from the Prizm collection the Hi Pink is your best bet. Great question! The only PRIZM Snow lenses which do NOT have an iridium mirror on the outside are PRIZM Persimmon, Rose, and Dark Grey. Every other lens features an iridium finish.

We recommend getting the Sapphire Iridium , Jade Iridium, or Torch Iridium lens. All 3 are Oakley's everyday lenses and perform the same. It comes down which color you prefer out of the 3.

Its definitely the Torch Lens, cause its so intense and pretty clean. Almost no rainboweffect, like for example the fire iridium has. I wish the Sapphire would have the same intensity as the blue part of the Jade. But lets face it...i want them all
