Amazing thing about this song is that it was an OLD Oasis tune. Earliest documentation of it was from the "Definitely Maybe" rehearsals and playing. They had held onto it for a while, and during the excess of "Be Here Now" it resurfaced as this 7 minute, orchestrally arranged monster.

I was 19 when this come out. Mobile phones weren’t like they are now..very early stages and the internet wasn’t really a thing.No you tube etc I remember watching this video when they showed it on Top Of The Pops.Which,for those who don’t know,was a huge tv show that counted down the top 40 singles of that week. The song still sounds so fresh..it reminds me of getting drunk in pubs on hot summers nights wearing kangol hats without a care in the world..putting oasis on the jukebox..me and my mates would put on the entire album on between us all night..great days ✌🏾

@@DeeTeaDee It doesn't look great but there wasn't a lot they could do because the original film negatives needed to make a proper HD remaster would just be the band in front of a green screen. In order to make a proper remastered, they probably would have had to find the original files that the animators saved the final product on and recompile them (assuming the animation was done digitally) but they could have at least AI interpolated it for a smoother frame rate.

It's not the real HD y'know, it's just the SD resolution sources been upscaled to 1080p. I wonder did they actually shot this video in 35mm film like D'You Know What I Mean, so it can be scanned in real HD. Because both music videos were shot in the same Be Here Now period, so I'm wondering if all of the videos in Be Here Now era was shot in 35mm film.
