I know this is very unusual but as someone born in 1999 this was literally my first time ever hearing Dont look back in anger in high school. I instantly fell in love with the song but was disappointed the album version doesnt sound as good as this!! Also... This is the best version of My Generation ever played!!! Way better than the who could ever do

Lyla is a very hard song to sing on its own, combined with the fact that it's near the end of 2005, and that there is no real crowd noise to hide behind. His damaged voice is very exposed here.

@@JohnWildeFF Easy to say for somebody who doesn't have the same vocal range as Liam, my range is almost identical to modern Liam's range. I am not saying I am a good singer, but 90% of this songs melody sits on a B4 note, which is a struggle for Liam, and is probably one of the highest songs Liam sang for Oasis >2005

J'ai vu ça à la télé à l époque, me rappelle pas du tout que Liam avait la voix dans cet état ! 😳 Je trouve que Lyla est une très mauvaise chanson, ça n engage que moi...y a moyen de piquer des trucs aux Stones, comme eux l ont fait, mais la mauvaise copie de Steet Fighting man sur les couplets, c'est raté ! Noel sait faire tellement mieux !
