Maine Road was their first set of big stadium shows. It was also special to Liam and Noel as Maine Road was the ground for Manchester City, the football team of which they have both been lifelong fans. Going to see Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds next month, looking forward to that one.

hey rob. if you can bank it i've been using sure 535 in ear monitors. they're awesome. i'd love to have the 8 series but they're almost $2k, the 535s are about $650 and SO GOOD. so many hours of pleasure from these things so far.

I think we have covered live shows from 1994, 1995, and 1996 to death now. Isn't it time we moved to their next stage 1997 onwards. Fan's need to realise there is more greats tunes and albums than just the first few years even if they was most successful back then. Oasis biggest success in America was their third Album Be Here Now in 1997. In the Last 2 Oasis Albums Don't Believe The Truth 2005 and Dig Out Your Sole 2008 before they finished they started to do well in America again

Rob u have seen bits of the 1st night u thought liam was a ramone in the 1st gig. They didnt have the morning glory money yet liam found and wore those clothes he found in man citys changing room and he went and slept at his mams house after the gigs.
