Oatmeal almond cookies recipe | So simple and so good!

Hey! Today we will make almond oatmeal cookies.
Ingredients:
110 g of room temperature butter.
120 g of oats.
120 g of sugar.
1 egg.
110 g of flour.
110 g of almonds.
7 g (1.5 tsp) of baking powder.
5 g (1 tsp) of cinnamon.
First, grind almonds in a blender.
Beat melted butter, egg and sugar.
In a bowl combine our butter mix, oats, ground almonds, flour, cinnamon and baking powder.
Mix well, you should get a sticky dough.
Form small balls and flatten them slightly with your hands.
Bake in the “top-bottom” mode at 180°C (360°F) for 16-18 min.
Ready!

Looks great--love oatmeal cookies! Going to try these plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs. Thanks for sharing
