I've been looking for a good oatmeal cookie recipe...thank ypu for sharing. Im going to make these tomorrow, and one of the things i will be doing is putting vanilla ice cream between two cookies and freezing them....absolutely delicious ! I will also make some peanut butter cookies and place chocolate ce cream between two cookies..😊

Maybe use more oatmeal to substitute the flour and maybe use oat milk to substitute eggs? Idk just a suggestion

Blend oats up and use oat flour. Or Almond flour. You can use oat milk or almond milk. Maybe add a little vegetable oil.

I doubled the recipe and added brown sugar and instead of sugar, used Splenda. The cook time seemed to be 15min. The Pampered Chef stone worked superior to the pizza pan I used. Just fyi Also the best oatmeal cookies I've made so far. I added Ocean Spray cranberries, chocolate chips, and sugar free white chocolate chips to the mix.

Trust the process, I used this recipe, and it was very delicious! The only change I made was adding some nutmeg, but that was a personal preference. Most oatmeal cookies have more oats than flour in the recipe.
