I eat a variation of the chocolate one every morning: 50g oats, 180ml water, 70ml soy milk, then I mix 30ml of water, 18g of chocolate protein powder, 2-3g of unsweetened cocoa powder, and a bit of cinnamon. I put a sliced banana on top. Never getting tired of it... just too good.

This is how I do "oatmeal pudding". I make 4 servings of buckwheat cereal on the stovetop. Then, in the blender, I put 2.5 cups of non dairy milk, 2 bananas, choc protein powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend this with all the buckwheat cereal for 30 sec until it becomes a pudding....yum!

I usually make chocolate pudding almost 2 days a week. I've my own recipe, I don't use any pudding powder..just some peanut butter, cocoa powder, little jaggery or honey to make it sweet and I've made my own oat flour I put that, little milk give it a boil and keep overnight in the fridge. Sometimes when I'm too lazy I don't even boil them. I mix everything and keep in the fridge as my while making the flour I dry roast my oats very nicely it's not a problem. Tastes yumm

Sugarfree pudding is the best way on diet. Just need add sweetener. Normal sugar to death😁
@hanstun12 жыл бұрын
Thicken it with egg rather than starch if you want to up the protein. It has a nicer mouthfeel and you can add what ever sweetener and flavor you want. It also makes an amazing pudding without oats. Egg, milk, sugar/sweetener, cocoa/coffee/vanilla/fruit/almond or any flavor you want that will not curdle the milk (ie not lemon juice). Take care not to scramble the eggs if you do stove-top but easier to bake. 1 part egg to 2 parts milk, the rest is up to you.

This is redundant. You can make pudding with no milk and no pudding mix using just the oats. It is cleaner and healthier. It is also vegan. 2 cups oats to 3 cups water blended, strain if desired will milk bag, add sweetener, cook over medium high till it’s almost pudding texture as it firms a bit more after cooled. Boom done. Want chocolate add cocoa powder.
