Sir I take oats after my workout 4 to 5 times a week. Ingredients I add to my post workout meal are mentioned below : 1. Milk 300 ML 2. Quacker Oats 60 grams. 3. Pintola peanut butter 2 spoons 4. Two Bananas I eat fruits also Like Apple etc... How I prepare : First I boil the milk and then I add Oats and cook for 5 minutes. And after that I let it cool for about 5 minutes and then I add Bananas and peanut butter and mix that well. Then I take the delicious post workout meal. So sir I just wanted to know if it's safe to take oats 4 to 5 days or not? Please reply. Thank you so much for this Video. Lots of ❤️😍

It is safe and good but you can also mix a scoop of whey in it to make a protein pack meal.. This will help you to complete your protein intake throughout the day.. You should divide your overall protein intake in all the meals
