If you have Captive Kingping, Alien Fucker Cowboy and Nekusar in play a wheel turns into 21 damage for each opponent and exiles the top 21 cards of your library until end of turn. The cowboy also works super well with damage increase effects like Torbran or Tok-Tok, Volcano born since the bonus damage is applied twice.

Ob Nixilis is a classy yet shockingly strong commander. I never am upset about getting curb stomped by that man with impeccable taste. Oh, and the cards he exiles aren't even temporary a lot of the time because you can just Sundial of the Infinite in your second main phase to prevent them from going away, which is an... interesting tech... that leads to him having access to half the deck after 3 turns.

Chulane is *not* simic good stuff. He's nothing but cheap creatures that bounce themselves for as many triggers as possible, then either go infinite or play three to seven haymakers in a single turn cuz you have 20 lands

We have a house format that prevents infinite combos from happening. Basically it just adds an stack addition tally to each player. Tallies are reset per player at the start of their turn before their untap step. Tallies are not reset in extra turns. Each player increases their tally for each effect they put on the stack. Once your tally reaches 100 you can no longer add anything to the stack. We agree on an arbitrary number before each game. 100 is reached way quicker than you think. For tracking, we're using generic tally clickers because of their easy count and reset, so it's no hassle at all and actually going rather quickly. Doubles as a "no backsies" lock. Once you click you confirm your choice for good. Even adds another diplomatic element to the game because your remaining stack additions (we call them stadds) are another resource you can bargain with players for. We did not make them transferable, but since there are situations in which you can intentionally deplete an opponents stadds (especially if they have a lot of compulsive "whenever" triggered abilities), you have another layer of control over your opponents' capabilities, and the resulting diplomatic leverage. Just don't underestimate how fast your own stadds deplete. And don't forget that your opponents will reset before yours :D Also, we banned Aeon Engine.

But basically, you want to ramp, you want to keep ramping, you want to disrupt other people's plans with goad, sire of insanity, war's toll and stealing key creatures. It has more lands and mana rocks than usual, so in a grind situation you are either drawing a strong spell or a mana generator. When you draw mana, you just recast Olivia. She typically has the upper hand in the late game, but you still have to get creative. Recently I added Worst Fear. My most favorite win was when I forced my two opponents to kill each other by combining goading (Karazakir) with War's Toll and a decent sized board of indestructible blockers.
