I live in Ontario Canada and I’m renting a room to a college student from Nigeria so he’s always cooking amazing food in my house… And last night he actually cooked me banku and okra mmmmmm so good. Although, I don’t think he made that dough properly, but it was still really good, and I eat it with my hands. He told me that people eat it with their hands… Definitely a new experience for me since I love all kinds of food… It was very spicy and good… Definitely would eat it again. I asked how it tasted to him if it was like the taste back home and he said it was very similar so I know that’s authentic… You can’t get that stuff anywhere else
