It's really that simple. Let the guy do his job without bullshit about every little thing. One time that he didn't go on his promises. If it's been 8 years and he never put a bill on the site, THAT'S A BROKEN PROMISE. If he's not done something he promised a few times in the beginning, GIVE HIM SOME TIME! It's not possible to follow through on EVERY SINGLE PROMISE.

In regard to the surplus, let's assume it was legitimate. The 1990 budget deal that the democ-rats and Bob Dole talked Bush Sr into implementing (no new taxes) which had Bush Sr raising taxes and the democ-rat controlled congress cutting spending. Well, the promised spending cuts did come, but under the terms of the agreement, the spending cuts weren't scheduled to occur until after 1992 which instead of being Bush Sr's second term, (cont.)
