My father is currently in coal india which is a PSU, working as a foreman incharge which a non executive/ non managerial post according to coal india. I belong to obc in chhattisgarh. My questions are: 1) Can my obc ncl candidature be denied just because my father salary is more than 8 lac? It is clearly mentioned in DoPT memorandum that salary and agriculture income cannot be included, it only depends upon the class of the employee. Further the DoPT has done equivalence of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) on October, 2017. 2) can any signing authority deny giving obc ncl certificate just because they are only considering my father's salary? 3) what actions can i take when signing authority deny providing me a certificate? Early reply is highly appreciated.

In the non-creamy layer, the income of the last 3 years is seen continuously. If the applicant has a continuous income of 800000 or less for the last 3 years, then you are eligible for this and you can apply, however, if seen, then your son will be eligible.। Ek bar apply jrur kijiye

Yes,why not.family income & agriculture income cannot included for a govt.employee.your dad was already a class 3 employee.then there is no problem. If any problem has arisen & you have time,then 1.apply for caste certificate,if the authority has rejected it,then file RTI & send to tehsildar,DC,State revenue secretary,DOPT,NCBC. 2.if that solution has not worked & you cannot get the solution, then fill a writ petition in state high court.you have to spend around 10-20k rupees.you case will take 6 months-2 years. I bet you 90% IAS/State psc officers are not aware of the rule perfectly.

It may create hurdle because banks/PSUs have not equivalent posts to state/central govt (like class iv,class 3,class 2,class1) The equivalnce is not fixed yet by banks/PSUs with the state government/central govt.

Nhi., पेंशन य्या सैलरी नही को नही जोड़ते है, ओर वैसे भी अपनी माता जी जी इनकम बहुत कम है। or अगर आप OBC वर्ग में आते है तो आपको आरक्षण का लाभ मिलेगा और obc ncl सर्टिफिकेट ke लिए योग्य हो।

Sir ham OBC me BC-2 me Aate hai to yah creamy layer hai ya non creamy layer ya creamy layer or non creamy annual income par base mera parents ka annual income less than 8 lakh hai hai to ye creamy layer ya non creamy layer me aayega please reply
