The clown hut really caught us off guard😅 The religious iconography is just so different in northern and southern Germany. It’s really cool seeing the difference.

Great video folks. When was this video filmed? The last time I was in Oberammergau was in June 2024, I absolutely love that town. I have been wanting to take a hike up to the Alpine Hut but have never fit it in. I will fix that because after watching your video I am pumped to hike it. Thanks for sharing this :) !!

Wow! We must have just missed each other! This was in July 2024. It's a steep hike up, but the Kaiserschmarrn make it worth it! Hopefully we'll be able to get back to this area soon🤞 Thanks for watching!
