Hi Mukul! If you want to separate your orders, I would suggest having a separate Aliexpress account for your store. That way, your personal orders and your orders for your business are clear. Im still stuck on finding a one niche product for my store. I have pretty much all of these products on my store when I first started 2 months ago. But it made my store became a general store, so the shopify reps told me its better to focus on a one niche store then build your brand around it. So what would be a good advice on how to find a one product niche, whem theres alot of people selling watches, sunglasses, phone case, clothing, etc..

Great question! To be frank, normally suppliers will not accept returns. They will either refund the order is the product is broken, or send out another one. However, on the Oberlo marketplace, you can message them in the app to request a return. I would suggest communicating with your supplier beforehand to determine what their return policy is. If you need any more insight into returns and refunds, I would suggest checking out our guide here (bit.ly/2RXPc4g)! -Andrew

Hey there, good tips, I need to re-watch the part about how to search for certain areas key search interests but I'm starting to grasp the idea, now I need to figure out what to sell and what flow to go with, branding and all that. I studied multimedia luckily so I don't need to hire a graphic designer or an editor or anything whenever the time comes but I can't evolve on that career much in Delaware so I'm just wondering where to start. I did have a small idea to buy bulk patterned kids backpacks and do custom orders with embroidery on them.

Steel Straws with a realistic turn time of 2-4 weeks or more with a cost of $4.80+/-. Walmart stores sell these for $7.50 and there's Walmarts everywhere. I doubt these will be much of a profit.
@Oberlo6 жыл бұрын
Hey Geo, thanks for the question. If you're looking to add a markup to a product that can not be found anywhere else for cheaper, you'll have a hard time finding it! You should try not to get caught up in this fear. To be frank, price shoppers will never be your customers to begin with. However, you don't need to convince every customer under the sun to have a successful store. Focus on other customers and you will find sales! -Andrew
@GeoZero6 жыл бұрын
@@Oberlo I get that. I am looking to build more of a brand presence in every sense of the word. Having had many successful (and many not successful businesses) I know that this is not a sprint but a long drawn out marathon to increase residual revenue streams. My current success allows me some flexibility in growing my new ecommerce business. I merely pointed this one out because interesting enough I had started with this same straws a few months ago and got no traction in sales. Now, frankly there are a number of things there, and much of it was an un-optimized site, and lacking other features, and products, which I have been doing on a daily basis. The real draw to these straws (excuse the pun) is that they were priced pretty low. But the better point I was trying to make was not so much about price as it was about accessibility of the product in a non-online way - something which a great many of the ecommerce "gurus" constantly speak. And that is, to not try to sell products that can easily be bought right down the street at a local grocery store right now. I am - as most people are - an impulse buyer. But if I suddenly think I need non-plastic straws I might just check somewhere else first - the grocery store - on my nest visit... which is tomorrow. But I digress. So it's not the cheaper fear - though I hardly would say I suffer from that - but an impulse got to have right now thought process. And while yes there may be many straw sales online, it's hardly one that would rise to the level of the hottest new product to sell, not with a 2-4 week waiting period. On the other hand it may be worth getting these from a manufacturer direct for even cheaper and stocking them if you find yourself becoming the almighty greatest non-plastic straw salesman.
@Oberlo6 жыл бұрын
Can't argue with that logic. I tend to agree with you, it's not a likely a product that would have a meteoric rise. It is fair to say it's trending and has some potential, but there certainly are some factors that may inhibit success. Lead times and local accessibility, primarily. Thanks for your comment.
