This vid is the main reason why black women struggle with weight. Stress and lack of love is a BIG reason we carry weight. I lost most of my weight when I was in a peaceful environment and away from abusive exploitative people. We don't have good self care especially mentally health we go on unhappy with no emotional support.

I've been in War torn countries with extreme poverty and more stress than anything experienced in the United States and it's not as bad as the USA. So It's mostly diet and exercise.

I'm a black man who is a personal trainer in a predominately black neighborhood but 80% of our attendance are white women who travel to the gym because they figure it wouldn't be busy!! Like that's when you know its terrible. And you wonder why interracial dating is on the rise.
