No excuse. I suffer from depression and bad anxiety, but I still exercise. Obese people will make any excuse to stay that way.

This vid is the main reason why black women struggle with weight. Stress and lack of love is a BIG reason we carry weight. I lost most of my weight when I was in a peaceful environment and away from abusive exploitative people. We don't have good self care especially mentally health we go on unhappy with no emotional support.

I've been in War torn countries with extreme poverty and more stress than anything experienced in the United States and it's not as bad as the USA. So It's mostly diet and exercise.

The statistic is obviously total nonsense, do you realize how many colored women there are out there who are healthy and beautiful this just another way to put women of color down why compare women of different races and only mention such pety negative comments about them, why not celebrate these women and empower them women of colour deserve all the respect in the World. God Bless 🌸🎉

It's the facts!! Stop making excuses and changing the topics! Yes its alot of beautiful fit black women and more obese black women. I'm a black man who is a personal trainer in a predominately black neighborhood but 80% of our attendance are white women who travel to the gym because they figure it wouldn't be busy!! Like that's when you know its terrible. And you wonder why interracial dating is on the rise.

@@DANGJOS me being a black man im just letting black women know what some of these black men are saying! Its not because they are weak minded or lost! Or self hatred! They just want a woman who probably have things in common with them other than black skin. If a black guy is into surfing and hiking or golf! Its a big chance he may not see other black women with his same interests so he'll date someone who he shares similarities with. Maybe a surfer girl or a nature yoga lover! But it would be stupid for him to say i can't date you because your skin is white even though we have 90% everything in common.

Aaaawwww please those statistics are on point!!!!!!! No matter what large city I have lived in, I constantly see an excessive amount of black women overweight and even black little girls. It’s veeeeee’ry sad. Please FACE the facts, pride is a poisonous blinder. If you do not face the truth, you cannot change it.
