I really think this should have been a theatrical movie. Disney is so convinced nobody will see a Star Wars movie any more that the one project that actually has theater potential, they waste on a Disney+ series.

I agree, however series give more time to develop characters as the tone of them can be different due to the less limiting time frame of a forced 120 or so minute movie, compared to that of the 6 part series there is a lot more room to change and develop and integrate characters together. It is essentially double the time given with a series, which personally however they release it is an absolute win as there's gonna be a lot of content compared to a movie release

@@dothething2892 yes, if the series is well done and doesn’t have filler like clone wars, rebels, bad batch, mandalorian and boba fett always have. That’s my fear. That is extended but with filler. And by the way, have you watched andor trailer? It looked way more grounded and real than obi wan. I’m not a fan of that dome led screen. Star Wars deserves to have real location filming like the desert tattoine and we only will have the cgi desert and it didn’t pay off in mandalorian and boba fett, in my opinion.
