Charlie Hopkinson is a comedic impressionist, impersonator, voice guy, whatever you want to call it who specialises in voices from current television shows and films. His standup is a character act about a retired maths teacher, his standup set includes impressions of Sir David Attenborough, Robin Williams, Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson, Peaky Blinders, Tommy and Arthur Shelby and Gandalf from Lord of the Rings.
Always looking to update my roster I look to try out subscriber suggested impressions in the impressions challenge series before honing the best ones. Recently I have added Peaky Blinders and Marvel / Avengers characters to my arsenal!

I started learning impressions in 2012, at the age of 20. You can follow my full impressions journey in my new ‘How to do impressions’ tutorial series
After graduating from the University of Warwick in the summer 2013 he took 4 months out to concentrate on KZbin videos full time, including producing his most viewed video to date ‘Morgan Freeman and 40 other impressions’ with just over 12 million views. This foray into being a ‘full time KZbinr’ was cut short as he went travelling for 3 months before starting a 2 year teaching Graduate scheme with Charity ‘Teach First’.
While teaching he has performed in and narrated the 4 episode series ‘Lookalikes’ as Morgan Freeman. The show and the narration received a positive reception. The show aired on Channel 4 during the prime time slot of Friday 10pm for three weeks. It is now currently available on Netflix. Charlie also performed with other well known impressionists for an unaired pilot.
Charlie has worked for several prominent brands in relation to their products, including google and formula 1.
Since the summer of 2016 Charlie has once again dived into the world of KZbin, for the first time producing content on a weekly basis. He is also focusing on live performance; he has performed in live venues a total of 3 times to date.

Same, though it's technically not the Anakin that became Vader, since Obi got Ani's severed arm (from Ep3), put it in a Bakta Tank, and practically regrew Anakin, whose memories go all the way up till the arm got cut off 🤔 Though Ani also got named Darth Vader towards the early-to-mid part of the movie, so I guess it could still count as Darth Vader Edit: I was wrong, he immediately ran towards a school full of younglings when he didn't get his scheduled Hamming 👀😂

This is unrelated, but I’m gonna write here because your remark is currently near the top, and I know if I post the following without protecting it in a thread, it will get shoved to the bottom so no one will ever see it (so apologies for using you like this lol - please blame YT though; not me 😉)... OK, so here it is: Before Charlie’s video played here, I got an ad for BUD LIGHT beer! 😂 It’s the first commercial for them that I’ve seen in a bazillion years (I haven’t had cable tv for 14 years now, and I never see their ads here on YT) - I found it super interesting being that it seems to be the first ad they made after the Dylan Mulvaney controversy. It was the infamous blue cans being featured (although it was intentionally not filmed close enough to see if that guy that’s pretending to be a chick is on the cans or not). In this commercial, they tried to pander to their core buyers that they’ve been pissing off for a very long time now with all the woke messaging they put into their ads... It featured wyt Southerners who like country music and wear cowboy hats and boots, but they couldn’t help themselves - they just _HAD_ to have _DivErSiTy_ shoved into it with who all made up the country music festival/concert attendees - as if tons of meIanated peeps love country music. 😂 Anheuser-Busch simply doesn’t know when to quit! I find that to be a perfectly placed advertisement on this channel, because this channel is all about comedy and making us laugh. 😄
